I'l slap a £130M on MG and £75M for Gomes.
I think it's close to £250M, so we're on track for the £300M spend once we get a CB.

I believe that the main problems lie in the board. And that the solution to remove them and replace them with more competent people that actually care about this club is a far cry.
So we have to deal with that and try to work around it.
We’ve got so much on our plate that it’s become the norm to expect sub standard targets or achievements.
The very least that Ed Woodward and also the Glazers can do for us is to appoint a good football director that can nurture and enhance our club and prolong its sustainability.
We get that it’s very unlikely that they will ever pack up and leave anytime soon. But to remain hopeful of any long term financial incentives from us (controversial, I know) they must put in place an effective identity for us.

We’ve completed more business already than most clubs.
I will say it again, for the tenth time already this window:
Every single transfer window, fans of every single club complain that theirs doesn’t get business done quickly enough and is incompetent in transfer dealings.

Gonna need time. Maybe a loan away this season or at Christmas if he isn’t getting game time.
A spell in the Championship might toughen him up a bit.
