Problem with our funds is that Wenger and Gadiz wasted it on trash like Xhaka/Mustafi/Elneny/Chambers ect and then let over £200Million + worth of talent leave on a free or get into the last year of their contract which meant we had to sell cheap.

Ramsey and Sanchez alone would have got us 120Ish million. Dont know what we were thinking not accepting/allowing the £60Mil transfer of Sanchez to City. Fking amateurs

A quick google search seems to confirm that the original stadium debt was cleared in 2014 , so if there is still a debt then Stan & Co must have refinanced using the stadium as collateral

It hasnt been cleared. Our mortgage was long term, not 10 years.

Still about £200m or something to pay back.
