Sane 150m euros

Probably the only thing to discuss at the moment during a fairly routine summer, and before the charity shield pops up.

150m euros is a much better valuation in the current market than the 90m being circulated in the papers, and Bayern’s alleged figure of around 75m is frankly insulting.

Not surprised the club are unhappy about the way they’ve gone about this, if the reports that an offer has not even been tabled are true.

Personally I think he will leave given how quiet he has been on the issue. It will be a shame as he’s a hugely talented player with amazing potential, but that said if he does go I don’t think we need to buy to replace.

Why does he actually want to leave?

Is he missing Germany or is he frustrated with being rotated so much, he seems to play a lot of games to be fair and he's still young

Bayern are at least the equal of City in terms of club size, probably bigger. Back to his home country and gets to be the poster boy for the rebuilding of the team.

Why wouldn't he want to go is probably the better question and the only answer I can think of is to develop under Pep.

Bayern are absolutely the bigger club. City have the better team.

As cr4p as we often are in the CL we still have a better chance of winning it than Bayern over the next couple of years.

Probably. But in the last 5 years Bayern have reached 3 semis and a quarter. Whatever era it is, be it EPL dominance or Spanish dominance, Bayern always seem there or thereabouts.

Take the point that Bayern are in a transition period though. They've done a bit to sort out their defence this window, a couple of attacking players and it really wouldn't be a surprise to see them at the sharp end of the CL next season.

Leroy Sané is the most exciting player in English Football, it will be a real shame if he goes.

If I was Guardiola I would do everything I could to keep him, he can be the best player in the world.

But if he does go, then City should go all out and get Mbappé.

Although, can you imagine Sané Mbappé Sterling as a front three for the next 6/7 years???

I believe the answer lies with his Mum who is one of his agents article from March 2019

I agree scarf, everything is there for him to become the best. Common sense would mean staying at City to work under Guardiola and help achieve that. Still thinking the deal will be done though sadly.

Scouse mate of mine rates him as the most dangerous player in the PL currently and I'm likely to agree.

If we sell, which seems somewhat likely, dont think well replace although Moise Kean could be a shout. Very very raw but has that look at junior international level of being better than most, like our boy Foden.

Everton will benefit if they pick him up.
