I saw Wilks play in his last game and went to look up whether he was on loan or sold what with Roofe leaving.
He was outstanding.
Was gutted when I saw he'd been sold. He would have fitted-in perfectly and been a real handful.

Brentford got another 20 mil today then. Is there a reason why we haven't tried securing there footballing directors instead of ones that sign Bouy and De Bock

One last thing, Wilks looked happy. He was smiling a few times, he just looked like he was happy with his game. As for being a winger, he played more of a false number nine role. He turned up all over the place. This is what Barnsley fans think about him.

The whole game. I wanted to see Wilks and Mowatt. Both were very good. Barnsley could be a surprise package this season.

Mowatt had a great season for us but then lost his way. Its good to see he is on the way back up
