The Premier League is back!
Tonight officially kicks off the period of the year that my fiance refers to as the time when I'm an absent father and selfish partner on weekends.
No more suffering through the dregs of whatever tofu football I can find on spurious foreign language channels, or worse still feigning tolerance and appreciation of the debacle that is women's football.
Things got so desperate for me at one point this summer that I wasted 45 minutes of my life watching the absolute POVERTY that is the E-FIFA World Cup... absolute trash (albeit through the eyes of a non-gamer). It'll be a billion pound event in no time at all thanks to the sharts we call generation Z.
The real stuff begins tonight with a comprehensive victory over Liverpool for Norwich at Anfield.
