Help

Hi XBOX ONE users I'm just wandering of you could help with a problem my Son's XBOX is having.

A few times in the last two weeks he will go to load a game and gets an error message saying that he has to resink a his data , I go to the settings tab as instructed bit it's blank. I then have to reset his console saving all the data set it all back up and it works fine.

Is this a well known fault with the system as Internet research says it is , if so is there a permanent fix and has anyone else had this before ?

I'm a PS4 owner myself and my son was one now but if I can resolve this issue it will buy me time till xmas.
