Aston Villa moment?

We got slagged off for Klich's goal, no such criticism's for England. Hypocrites.

I think its time players were drilled to play to the whistle, its the refs job to stop the game and the way players play on it these days he should decide!..

At the coin toss, many referees remind the captains to "play to the whistle."

Perhaps that is only at the youth and recreational levels?

it's irrelevant where the incident happened on the pitch or off the pitch or whether there was a foul or not, the ITV commentators were saying that it was the job of the ref to make a decision to stop the match and he didn't, same as with the Leeds game, neither considered a foul to have taken place and both refs did not think the player concerned was injured enough to stop play.
In both cases there was clear commentator bias.
I think the bias from Hoddle and his co-commentator is poor (the pen we conceded wasn't a foul but the one they did was, come on) but on this occasion they got it right, the Sky guys, and Bielsa, were wrong.

Stop crying Frank Lampard

it happened, MB corrected it his very eccentric way we all know and love, move on...

Bielsa was wrong. All he did was pi55 Jansson off and forced him out of the club because of it. Harrioune didn't get banned for his part in the melee, only Bamford did. We got nothing out of that game apart from throwing 2 points in the bin.

right on shaun, i think it was one of the few mistakes bielsa has made at leeds.

Bielsa?....why?..

All this tripe with Pontus and Bielsa and people always pushing the blame on Bielsa, please explain!..

That being the case Jonny, the players have to be drilled to do exactly that, its diabolical the way players die on the spot and than rise up again after play has been stopped!..

It has to be made a rule of the game than the ref shouldn't have to say it, the players should have it drummed into them!..

When did teams start this custom of stopping when an opponent goes down? Fair enough when it's a head injury but it's getting ridiculous – another example of football going soft. Give it 10 years and it won't be a contact sport.

Having said that, who are the first ones calling for the ref when one of their team goes down? Yep, the fans.
