Congratulations on the title win Liverpool

The Laporte injury is massive. I’ve watched football for 35 years and I don’t think I’ve seen many centre backs worse than Otamendi. City missing out on Maguire imo will cost them the title. And Zinchenko? πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚

To help me gauge how seriously to take the headline claim, can anyone tell me whether the OP has previously made such bold predictions about title races being over by the autumn, and how that turned out?

Kneerash maybe put all your points in one post so it’s easier.

Attitude obviously means something because I was responding to two posts about his attitude.

Pogba has achieved for United exactly what’s to be expected from playing in an alright team. He’s helped us win trophies and in his first season he did this from a deep position creating 62 clear cut chances.

My argument is he’s been able to adapt to a multitude of positions and managers and that he’s be able to adapt to what Klopp needs.

You must be able to acknowledge that it’s very unlikely any top manager at any top club would choose Wij over Pogba?

Naby it depends what you mean by rate, I did say he is a good keeper, I just don’t see him as a great one or the best in the world.

You did say he'd be a 'complete liability' in a different system though despite him never being a liability in four different systems.

Id agree wuth that actually but I do think that Klopp would be one of those unlikely managers.

Depends on how similar those other systems are to be honest. Are the players trained and composed enough to receive the ball in tight spaces. Does the team press well enough to limit the amount of chances for the opposition.

Alisson would be perfect for a team like City as well, I just don’t think his attributes fit other systems.

But he does fit the PL Champions, European Champions and Copa America Champions systems?

That seems to be the case yes but I never said he didn’t. I said he wouldn’t in most systems. He suits City and Liverpool especially because they share many similarities which compliment his attributes.

You're overrating Pogba and underrating Alison
