Stones out

John Stones out for 5 weeks. Bad news for the player, even City's squad is looking stretched already.

They have spent millions on defenders they have no excuse

I hope this gives other teams ammunition to actually attack City instead of bending over and getting shafted from the first minute

Fernandinho will probably play there as long as he isn't injured.

Fabinho played there a couple of times for us last year and did ok.

Could play Kyle Walker too. They have options.

Switch to a back three of walker, Fabhinio and Otemendi.

City have lots of MF options.

They don’t have Fabhino as an option though

Their fixtures dont look too bad really. Everton away looking the toughest maybe. If theyrevstill having to chop and change by the time they play us and Chelsea back to back then it could be a great opportunity.

Only matters if Liverpool keep winning though and it would be of no surprise to see us drop points at the weekend.

Otamendi is the biggest threat to city

Yeah their style looks made to gives us trouble and we dont exactly have a great record there.

Saying that we're really hard to beat and I think when Chelsea do lose games it will be reasonably heavily.

I mean the other Brazilian that actually plays for them

Ferdinand.

Good news for City, solves the issue of having to play Otamendi and Stones.

Almost like they should have signed a top CB in the summer after losing Kompany. Looks even stupider now.
