You have pulled over to the side of the road to look at the view, there is room for 2 cars to park, but you have stopped in the middle, so there is no room for a car to park. The driver of a car trying to park asks you politely to move either up on to the verge or back enough so the car can park. Do you move or say "Do you know the highway code? I have every right to be here" and not move.
Was in this situation. I watched the wife back the car in to park which was a struggle. As soon as we were parked and both out the car, the cyclist moved on.
