Middle finger salute

A Korean golfer has been banned for 3 years for giving a middle finger gesture to someone in the crowd.

To be honest I would do the same if I was put off. while taking a swing.
3 years is way over the top. 3 days would have done.

He has appealed obviously, no?

Get himself a good lawyer, it will eventually go to a real court of law and they can't prove his intention. Putting a middle finger up in someone's direction can happen for a plethora of reasons.
