Never knew he drummed for Public Image Limited.
RIP
Wonder what these guys from the Hendrix and Dylan and Zepplin era make of modern music?
Ginger Baker, Cream drummer, dead.

I grew up listening to Cream; my parents saw them live a couple of times in the 60s and they had never really moved on much with their music taste. As a result, I could quote you all the lyrics from Disraeli Gears.
Baker and Bruce were one hell of a rhythm section. It helped that both of them were as familiar with jazz as Bruce. Only Clapton remains from this trio, and given what he put himself through in the 1970s it's a miracle we still have him.

Yeah the live 17 minute drum solo.
Modern music? Fekin sampling? A-Tone nearly every cant sounds like they're singing in an oil drum.
