Very humble and nice man who proved humans can be good guys and achieve success if we push ourselves.
My best 5 k Saturday park run is 27 mins being an old pie, but i advise people to try the park run across the uk and ireland as it improves our mental, physical and social lives....it helped me out of depression too, and i am about to get on my mountain bike now to get some air in my lungs, so give the run or cyclung a go guys!
Then fitba, pies n pints later if you must lol😃

Watched it and whilst I’m not into running at all thought it an amazing feat of endurance and speed.
Couldn’t believe when it was announced it can’t be recognised. You either run the distance under a specific time or you don’t. Ludicrous nonsense.
