Unai Out! Seriously?

How does one begin to justify such an irrational and impulsive stance? I’m beginning to hear from close quarters that Unai should be fired if he doesn’t get top four, while others suggest he should be kicked out now! Interesting!

We are talking about a coach who has won three Europa league titles back to back, won the French league and held his own in the champions league. He’s no novice!

What happened to patience? Or are we gradually turning into Manchester United? Unai is still struggling to communicate in English with some players, some players are still adjusting to the league, and there’s quite a few adjustments in the works. Why are some so keen to see him go so soon without giving him time?

I’d like to believe we did our due diligence before securing his signature. We have to trust that choice and not give in so easily. Let’s back our coach and give him all the support he needs to succeed.

If he fails to achieve cl for the second year running then the board has every right to sack him.

The capitulation last season in the last 9 games as well as the battering to Chelsea in the final could have easily resulted in Emery being fired.

Let's be honest, no one is enjoying this brand of football. Its not improving. We are very fortunate that other teams around us are having mini meltdowns.

For me he isn't the manager to help us reach that level. His pragmatic approach doesn't suit arsenal and personally I think the guys behind the scenes should already be Scouting alternatives

United don't have the same structure as us, every time they sack a manager it is start again. Our structure is more European, and means changing manager isn't that much of an issue, as the manager is more of a head coach role. Uniteds structure is a bit old fashioned.

I still think people should hold fire until our whole defence is fully fit. Having proper fullbacks that can make a difference in the final will help our game massively. Although I am getting frustrated with his obsession with Xhaka. Leaving Torreira out of his natural position is bewildering.

Full backs story is getting a bit boring. Some fans seem to think that with Tierney and Bellerin we are going to become Liverpool or something.

No one has seen Tierney against prem level wingers yet.

Bellerin has been out for what seem like an eternity.

The midfield will still consist of xhaka and Torreira playing as the number 10 and Ozil being sidelined

He tends to go for a more cautious approach in PL games.

In EL and CC there have been more adventurous line ups despite the opposition being weaker.

There has only been 1 defeat and that to Liverpool.

The football has not been exciting but we are 3rd

I would have thought it was because the opposition being weaker rather than despite it.

How have the lineups been more adventurous in EL or CC? Its pretty much been like for like in skill positions. Of course younger players have been introduced but we haven't been playing more attackers.

There's no excuse for see some of the tactics he plays, 32 shots against us Vs Watford. That should be alarm bells, even if we do get top 4 I hope he goes.
