Thanks Term, exactly how I feel.

I foresee several PL titles being vacated when further investigations are brought forward.

Doesnt seem plausible to me. 30k would have been pocket change to Fergie.

Why would SAF risk his legacy for the sake of a Rolex and a few grand in bungs? I’d think he’s earned more than enough to make this pointless and not worth the risk.

I certainly hope it’s not true. Love or hate him, there’s no doubt he’s one of the games greats and any true football fan should want his status maintained.

Have you seen how long the waiting list is for a Rolex Daytona these days? Can’t say I blame him to be honest.

In the end people form both sides will either defend or attack the people, involved.

Nothing would surprise me.

Redknapp has been caught out multiple times,
Ferguson showed his true colours over the sons football team and rock of gibralter.

The prosecution team said that they were not to be maligned and were not part of the case.
That won't appear to apply on here.
Ferguson's true colours could be said to come from the many managers who said he was often on the phone offering help and advice.

What a disgusting cheat.

Throw the book at him, strip his honours and punish the club by making them keep Ole at the wheel for another 10 years.

I've never read so much rubbish. SAF, a continuous dagger through my heart because of his successes with United taking a bung?

The trial is on-going, I'm not going to break any laws and comment, but if asked, I would reject this claim out of hand.

Have or has there been managers who have taken dosh? undoubtedly, but for me SAF is simply never in that category.

I can't help but to think of the words, "straws" and "clutching" spring to mind.

Its naive to rule it out.

Its naive to blindly believe it too though.
