Today is must win and i for one am confident of a comfortable win.
Firstly, the bumbling oaf Lloris is thankfully out for months, i posted last season that he was a liability and got roundly shouted down but he has more than proved me right this season and i feel Gazzaniga will be more confident knowing he has a long run of games coming up.
Secondly, Kane is finally the captain and obviously much more passionate than Lloris so i expect the team to respond in the right way.
However, after today the next league game is Liverpool away and i fear the worst there and the rest of the season will be up and down as we all know a major overhaul is needed next summer starting with a complete new defence but let's concentrate on the here and now and 3 big points today.

Lloris has been saving Spurs for most of 2019. Spurs had no defence for pretty much all of 2019 and its continued this season.

On expected goals saved also Lloris is the best so not only is he making tons of shots he has been saving more than expected.
Not suprised De Gea is so low down as we concede more goals than expected nearly every week.

There are lies, damn lies and statistics, believe me when i say Lloris is a very poor goalkeeper, the sight of his screwed up face after his latest howler every week is too much to take, as you can tell i'm not his biggest fan!

Lloris is a scape goat for has been a leaky defence for a while. All keepers make individual errors. De Gea, Buffon, Oblak, Neuer they all do. We are very lucky to have Lloris between the sticks. Easily top 10 in the world.

Yes Lloris makes too many gaffs but overall he saves us more points than he costs us, our problem is the defence and no defensive midfield screen to protect them. Hence why we are conceding so many shots at our goal and Lloris has been a very busy bunny. All this has coincided with Dembele leaving and we have not replaced him like for like, at the moment the opposition can almost walk through our midfield which is a big problem.

montleeds thats because many people say completely opposite to reality stuff. Like when they kept saying where would Man Utd be without De Gea under LVG when he was near bottom of saves and touches by a goalkeeper like from crosses or sweeping up danger as teams rarely attacked us much.
Everyone is talking Liverpool up about how great they are but they have been very lucky opposition howlers have made them win many games they wouldn't have in that winning run.
