Team news?

Pablo Hernandez is good. Bamford has a little problem in the ankle. Alioski, Douglas have little problems as well. Alioski in the side, Douglas in the knee.

Have you missed his experienced?

If Pablo plays against Sheffield Wednesday it doesn't mean we would win. We missed him of course. Helder Costa is growing from match to match. He is good cover.


How has Jack Clarke been?

He is improving. Clarke has a process which allows him to play in the first team. After he had a problem but now step by step he is finding his level. When one attacker plays well. He immediately becomes a resource for the manager. Clarke is the same option as Pablo, Helder and Harrison.


Robbie Gotts - what is his best position?

He's a number eight. He's a midfielder not a defensive player or an attacker. He is good at his position. You never see a player who plays with such a dynamic. He has a lot of skills. In this position we have Klich, Forshaw, Shackleton and Dallas. It's a tough competition. Everyone in the team respects him. I wish to give him minutes one day.


Best defence in the league - what is the improvement?

It's a team that is growing and keeping the level defensively. The team has improved the offensive play too. But our efficiency is worse now. Those are the three factors. Last season we had the problem of efficiency. This year we have increased the problem. Everyone points to the number nine because of this which is unfair. Number nine is the player who is closest to the opponents goal. But everyone is involved in the offensive play. We can score from outside the box, we don't shoot. We can score in set-pieces too.


Klich - he hasn't scored as many this season...

Klich is a dynamic player. He's a player who creates danger and surprise. Normally he's a player who can help build the offensive play, he's very good at this. He doesn't dribble but he's comfortable with a combination of passes. When he is at his best level he has a very high physical performance.


Is the Championship stronger this season?

I don't have a response for that. For instance, Fulham is a team with very good performance but the relationship between the performance and the result is not similar. West Brom is a great team. And after you have a big group of teams who don't have a big impact. They don't have the same level as Fulham and West Brom.
