Who replaces Emery?

its all very well saying emery should go(and i think he should) but who do we replace him with who's A) available & B) good enough?

I've seen some people suggest Freddie but i don't hibk he has the nessacerry experience he's only managed at u-23 level i c an't think og anyone else at the moment who'd be any better

Even bringing back Wenger would be an improvement a this point.

He realy could be a good option. He will almost certainly have analysed why he got sacked and looked at how the game has evolved. Id say we have a lot of stronger players than when he went so he could probably do a better job than Emery. At the moment Emery is not doing any better than Wenger did and he style of football is far less entertaining.

Would love to see Eddie Howe, but I doubt that his club would let him go! Otherwise, things are so pathetic now, it will take someone like Mourinho put some air in this balloon.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
This is a manager who always starts every season at full tilt, only to cynically pull the handbrake once his team gets up 40 points. His 4 seasons in the top flight have seen him end the season on 42, 46, 44 and 45 pts respectively.

No thanks. Eddie Howe and Bournemouth are a match made in heaven.

While that might be true, and I myself think Howe should be doing more with Bournemouth, if he was at Arsenal I think he'd push the boat out a bit more. He'd surely know to adjust his mind set given the change in expectations at a big club.

Spurtle,
Great explanation of what I glossed over. I think that Howe could grow quickly at Arsenal and perhaps become a great PL manager.

I don’t think anyone is confident or sure about Freddie.
What it’s clear to see and everyone agree is that we won’t get anywhere by keeping Emery.
He’s out of his depth and changes are needed now.

May have to brace yourself for it, iAWT. He's apparently had dinner with Sanllehi recently and he was impressed by how Mourinho would improve the Arsenal squad, and believes Mou can get the best out of Ozil.

Don't be surprised if it happens.

Mourinho will offer nothing to the Arsenal. The decision guys are playing roulette. Get Arteta in asap before some other team does. We made the same mistake when Gurdiola was available.

Mourinho has proven he can't last more than 3 seasons with every third season his least successful, and you're not going to turn into a title-winning team in the space of 2 seasons with where you are now. What would the point be?
