Weds Night

I know Red Star looked like a pub team at the lane but anyone confident for Weds night ? I know Liverpool lost there last season. Hopefully Kane is back & the mental issues re the injury yesterday don't linger. Not expecting Sonny/ Aurier to play

Wouldn't mind Seeing the Likes of Sess, GLC, Foyth start and Davies keep his place

Sanchez still looks like train wreck to me. Anyone think Dier might get a game at CB.... He's miles down the pecking order in terms of getting a game in midfield ??

No idea re a Prediction.... I guess I'd take a draw

Gazza

Foyth - Toby - Sanchez - Davies

Sissoko - Ndombele

GLC - Dele - Moura*

Kane

*only to give Son a mental break.

He don't need a mental break, it's a broken ankle, not seeing bits of body parts everywhere. Our players need to toughen up.
----------------------------------------------------------------------

Sandy mate, go and shatter a professional sportsman's ankle and then come back and tell us that you're fine and it hasn't bothered you.

You're a decent poster and keep this site entertaining but your comment here is ridiculous.

I have seen close up broken ankles and legs mate, not nice, but I didn't need to take any time of work because I saw them.

I thought Sanchez did alright last night too but still does those stupid things like when he dithered on the ball, or the attempt at a tackle in the box.

What we dont seem to have is a proper DM in front of to act as cover
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Yep. All that money that we've flushed down the drain on French League players could have been spent on one.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
And a couple of fullbacks too, transfer/recruitment /scouting team leave a lot to be desired if there is such a thing at Spurs

Son should start. Best way for him to get over it. Or it will just play on his mind for 3 weeks

--------------

no... course not.. how can any spurs fan be confident of spurs on the road at the moment. hopefully the atmosphere will be so intimidating that we have no choice but to have a backs to the wall mentality.

also having a hostile environment will give the lads good practice for when we go 1-0 down at home to sheff united on the weekend..... most of the current spurs crop haven't witnessed one of those poisonous WHL atmospheres we get every now and again...

Son needs to play.. best way for him to get over it... go and do something you love. plus we facking need him...... if he feels bad he can donate his wages to a charity that specialises in horrific sports injuries for non professionals or something.

Of course he needs to play. I have sympathy for Gomez, but I bet he is back on the pitch before Lamela.
