I read the quotes somewhere, and it didn't come across that he had a bad attitude. It sounded ore like hed had good and bad training sessions, as youd expect from such a young lad.

The quotes came from an article on the club website. They are being manipulated by the Sun no doubt and taken out of context.

He didn’t question his attitude like this story makes out. He said he’s young and therefore he’s been up and down in training as he’d expect any younger player to be. Non story really.

He's back in the squad now and any issues that may have been there beforehand appear to have been ironed out. Given Greenwood starting and scoring the other night. I hope there's no arrogance from Greenwood but if there has been, he's certainly dealt with it well and not spat the dummy out from any managerial disciplinary action 👍

Didn't think the poor attitude of most of the squad was very much in doubt. They are mostly pretty complacent, have limited team intelligence, lack initiative and some are just born losers.

But that is dwarfed by their lack of capacity as footballers in the first instance.

Attitude is important, but it is pointless getting that right if the ability is not there.
