Board with Emery

Shocking! I can't believe what I see.

"Arsenal bosses “100%" behind Unai Emery, deny considering change or talking to candidates, plan to review in summer. Kroenkes + execs offering full support, won’t react to “noise", feel results will improve atmos & think #AFC on right path."

Its clear and obvious to me. It doesnt hurt enough.
----------------------------------------------------------------------

What do you mean it doesn't hurt enough?

Arsenal fc are missing out on £75m-£100m a season on Champions League income. Kroenke fired Wenger because he missed out 2 seasons in a row.

It hurts the board plenty in the pocket.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
If it would hurt them then decision would already been made. Simple.

And what if whoever came in was worse and we also started to lose in the Europa Cup and completely fall away from the top 4?

I don't. But I expect the board to act responsibly and make the next appointment that will last us for the next 3 or 4 years. Not knee jerk.

Now I actually think that there 3 top managers available right now. It doesn't usually happen. I believe if we can get one of those now it will be actually easier than the summer when the usual merry go round starts.

But because they are top managers I think it will require a fair bit of negotiation. I hope the board are doing it right now.

Exactly, but even if we can't find agreement with this managers Emery needs to be sacked. I would rather have Freddie till the end of season than this.

I don't care about a long term managers, those days are gone, if it's not working get rid.

As someone said, Chelsea and Man City have sacked quickly and look how successful they are, for crying out loud even Leicester sacked Ranieri after him winning the league with them.

GET RID OF HIM NOW!!!!

Managers want £10m+ a season now. How can you get rid when they fail? Its easier at mid-table clubs because they are paid less.

Whats more it depends on your player strategy. If you want to go the youth way then you have to stick with your manager. Just make sure your appointment has some history of working with young players.

(thats not Emery)
