We should have been comfortably beaten and were lucky to get a point they are a very good side, and a demonstration of a team being greater than the sum of its parts. Individually not one of those players would get in our side but as a team they are organised and play sensible and progressive football. Basically everything we used to be.
On the other hand we continue to stink out the league. The line up similar to what most of us wanted, but absolutely no game plan , pattern of play , or any evidence whatsoever that we train together every day.
As for the Foyth sub and formation change ...... 7 defensive players on the pitch at 1-0 up v sheff United at home. What on earth is poch doing, and to then make that change and fack it up is a joke
I’m still of the mindset to give poch to the end of the season but top 4 is gone, and to be honest we look like a mid table outfit and that is exactly where we will finish. Can anyone tell me the last time we won 2 games in a row ? How about 2 league games in a row ?
Shame we threw the league cup game. Cups are our only chance of salvaging something from this mess of a season. And please don’t start me on that stupid Amazon documentary. Sold out as a club, which could take if we weren’t serving up such utter dross on the pitch.

things are really stale right now at tottenham. the new players haven't played enough yet to make an impact and so called leaders aren't leading. watching kane not getting many touches yesterday would be more of a concern to me than trying to oust your best manager in decades.
but fans will always panic when its not really necessary

I thought Kane was very poor yesterday. He just doesn't move enough. Son is always making runs off the ball but Kane spends an awful lot of time standing still waiting for the ball to come to him. He also used to lead the press from the front but didn't do a lot yesterday. Maybe he was tired from midweek but whatever it was he had a poor game.

In my humble opinion, I think even if we were a team in good form we'd have struggled to a win. They just look like one of those teams likely to make it difficult for anyone, least of all when their opponents have played a match half way across Europe a couple of days before.
Even the top teams have these struggles from time to time. Liverpool only beat them because of a goalkeeping howler.

The CB painting was a joke yesterday , I'm sorry but anyone whom thinks Sanchez is good enough is clueless. For a bloke his size he gets knocked of the ball to easily and is a truly bad footballer.
As for Dier he had two good years and has been shat since then. How many times he gave the ball away yesterday was shocking.
As for Auther fack of back to France please, and take that fat Arrrse Rose with you.
It's so fecking simple to fix I can't believe Poch has sussed it yet.

And? Remember Leicester? A big toe offside is offside these days.
Sheffield United also had a full weeks rest and all week to prepare their game plan. We had 2 days rest after a tough away game in far flung Europe, and it showed on the pitch, they were fitter, fresher and quicker to the ball, that was purely down to fatigue, which makes a huge difference. Maybe if Levy gave us a stronger squad we could rotate more players and keep our levels up in games like this.
