Non-vocal protests

So I've just been listening to the latest Arsecast and a question / discussion came up that mirrored something I've been thinking about myself.

So the club is seemingly sticking with Emery and it appears that the club feels the fans are at fault for the discord. Booing and other vocal protests of the team run the risk of deepening the already-widening rift between the club and the fans ALTHOUGH it is only fair that fans find some way to express what are valid frustrations. What non-vocal protest, if any, is an appropriate way for fans to express their unhappiness:
1 - no show / late showing / leaving early
2 - red and white flags as thrown out there by blogs
3 - other

Booing is clearly the best option, look at the huge reaction it's got.

To be clear the problem is the club are currently sticking with a manager who isn't good enough, the fans know this, anyone with an ounce of football knowledge knows this. The fans pay their hard earned money, they know the club far better than the board and they have every right tp voice their opinion.

Something simple and cheap that all fans can do would be my suggestion. Something like every fan at the game takes a piece of white A4 with "change" written on it. At half time they all stay in their seats rather than spend money on beer and food and hold it up. Of course people will need the toilet but everyone holding up their sheet will make a statement and not spending any money will make the club take notice. Mind you, it would be less visually effective as half the seats are empty anyway.

Good postings MP. Don't really understand where fans of other clubs get off telling us what our expectations should be for ours.

Juvenile comment! Last time I checked, freedom of opinion/speech was still an option in this country.

You're free to your opinions as much as we are free to tell you your opinions are chit... especially if they actually are. I mean opinions do not mean one should ignore objectivity, context and a general understanding of the situation. So if that's how you come at a conversation, they prepare to get told to eff off.

And before you say anything, that goes for Arsenal fans doing the same on posts on your team's board.

Ideally when Stan and or Josh are there. They couldn't ignore that!

If the comments weren't tinged with hypocrisy, I personally would be a little more inclined to have a better conversation about them.

I don't think juvenile was the word you were looking for.

Also what MP said is true - You are entitled to express your opinion, but don't get all upset when I tell you that your opinion is boIIocks.

I agree! Instead of saying juvenile I should have said childish, uneducated, ignorant response. Thank-you for your classy comment!
