There's been quite a few new and returning posters over the past few days!
One of the subjects mentioned in passing is that there are numbers of people who read the site but never, or rarely, comment.
In fact some of our current respected posters (well, Silver actually) have stated that they read the site for some time before commenting. So we know it happens.
Although there's a few negative comments from some posters, they are largely inaccurate. It's a very welcoming site with lots of funny and informative comment.
If you've seen 'new posters' being treated harshly in the past, it's almost always (there have been exceptions) because someone twigged that they were a previous poster who had caused trouble in the past.
If you don't like the approach of a particularly poster, just use the filter button. That's what it's for. The idea that there is bullying on the site is illusory. You are only actually 'bullied' if you want to be bullied.
This has been tried before, but if you're one of the lurkers, why not start posting or at least let us know why you don't ?
It only takes a few minutes to register and seconds to post. Give it a go.
Finally, if you're put off by 'clique' patter, don't be. It's absolute nonsense. There's a small group of guys who meet up about once or twice a year to have a few beers and to try to raise some money for charities. Nothing wrong with that. There's also a group who play football together. I have no idea if that's still going or who is in it.
To be open, there's also a few posters who don't get along and others who take sides on that basis. Not really any different to real life or any other site.

You did get it tight that day to be fair. Don't try to divide it on team lines though. Anyone else would have got similar treatment.

That's where we will just have to disagree I am afraid.
As I have said before I am pash at paying attention to names on here but on more than one occasion I have thought 'here we go again' as familiar looking posters from one side wade in.
There aren't even enough Rangers folk on here for it to happen the other way round.
And I agree that you do mock each other but there seems to be a completely different tone to it IMO.
I don't really remember several of you rounding on one of your own calling him a stone cold liar and taking the pash out of them relentlessly (and in a no way light hearted manner) for something they were adamant they absolutely didn't do.
Maybe I am just not on here enough these days to see that.
But I just wanted to make the point - I would consider behaviour like that day pretty much bullying.
So I disagree with the assertion that it doesn't occur.
