Whilst not always flavour of the month with me, you are a proven winner, and now that you have joined our great club, you will have my full backing.
Daniel Levy has moved swiftly to replace the previous manager, which shows decisiveness and at long last Spurs have a real winner again managing the club.
Yes I get he brings baggage, but nobody can deny he is an out and out winner, every club he has managed has won trophies, Spurs hopefully will be no different. No more mocking from opposition fans about having a loser managing the club.
Going forward now the season hopefully will take on a different shape, firstly need to steady the Premiership ship. Unfortunately far to far behind Top Four to entertain any possibility of claiming a CL spot through the Prem for next season, damage already been done by the previous manager. But no reason not to have a real go in both the CL and FA Cup this season.
I am suddenly full of hope again, the stale football and awful results of the previous manager are now gone. A new beginning under Mourinho will start this week.

Excellent appointment sandy. The rivals are just bitter because they know deep down it’s a good appointment and they are threatened now. City and Liverpool aside, I can see why other supporters are bitter but good let them panic Spurs supporters crying are pathetic. Finally a serial winner in charge.

Midtable, and a possible trophy. Unfortunately the previous manager has left a trail of damage. So will take the rest of the season to fix.
Next season though have a real tilt at the big prizes.

I cannot believe so many of our supporters are still You may not like Mourinho as a person, but at least he has a serious winners mentality. He will not stand in front of the cameras looking for praise after getting beaten in semis and finals like the previous manager.
I am very pleased with this appointment.

It's a pretty exciting twist. TBH I really dislike Mourinho's football and management style in general but I respect him going to a club where funds will likely be very tight (not something I'd guess he would've done)

Fantastic appointment for your lot!
People always jump to his United stint but forget that he wasn’t backed. He wanted a decent defence to build on (Toby funnily enough) and at Spurs he has that. I fully expect those “leaving” will sign up for another few years. You’ll be a lot more disciplined and with the attacking talents of Kane, Alli and Son I fully expect you to make top4 and have a real crack at the CL

I highly doubt this will make the contract rebels sign up.
Their issue is with Levy and they want their pound of flesh. Each of them will leave to get the money they should have been paid 2 seasons ago and you can't argue with them. Levy shot himself in the foot by being tight.

Cheerio then, you won`t be missed. Sulking because the manager has been changed. Had I done that I would not have watched Spurs after Nicholson went 45 years ago.
