Spurs...

Already looking like we did under Jose in season 3..

Slow, lots of possession then lump to top.

We were warned (well I was lol) by Chelsea and (yes some smart arris United fans) - but should we warn Spurs?

How were Spurs poor? They took their foot off the gas with 15 minutes to go and conceded 2 sloppy goals that was poor play and the last being nearly the last kick of the game. For 90 minutes they were the better side and created more, their direct style was also effective and allowed them to get at West Ham’s defence quicker.

Today’s game was never going to be about Jose getting his philosophy across so to knock that like you did was idiotic. But he did manage to get Spurs first away PL since January so has clearly done something positive for them.

Especially as the OP went to extraordinary lengths to defend him at United and labeled anyone who dared to criticise him or the way his team played 'plastics' or 'miserable

You said i defended Jose at 'extraordinary length' which implies you thought my view on Jose was positive and that i would attack anyone who said otherwise. You the went on to say the same about me and Ole.

None of that has anything to do with what I think about your opinions on Ole because I might actually agree with some of those opinions.

I highlighted your need to attack anyone who criticises our manager and nothing else because you did it with José and you're doing the same with Ole.

I thought Spurs played pretty well. A word of warning would be that the last 20 minutes were similar to many games when we were leading under Jose. He doesn't believe in seeing the game out with the ball and is happy just to let the opposition come forward in waves, which is a risky tactic and immensely frustrating for supporters to watch

West ham were shiiite and the scoreline definitely flattered them

Agree with that Christopher. Spurs should probably have won by more. The Moura chance where he tried to square it when one on one with the keeper comes to mind

I think Lucas could become a favourite of José's.

He's a player he's liked for a while and I think he tried to sign him when he was Madrid or wanted to but wasn't allowed.

I always wonder why we never made a move for him when he was here. It would've made a lot more sense than Sanchez.

Reckon SAF might have bern the issue there even as a 'board member / ambassador' because of him going PSG after we as good as signed him.

Sanchez was more of a statement purchase and supposedly showed we could compete with City for transfers.
