Why are the board waiting?!

I wanted to give Emery a proper chance start of the season but I admit I was wrong and he has become a complete liability. This team does not know what they’re are doing!. I actually feel we robbed Southampton of 3 deserved points, they should have been 3 or 4 up second half. I’m watching our cb try carry the ball in his own area with two players around him! that should have been punished.

I am watching our non existent midfield run around like headless chickens, soton kept driving through our middle every chance they got. Tactically this team is getting worse by game. I saw Raul and edus reaction after Leicester, faces of thunder. How they have come out the next day and backed him is baffling to say the least . What can they see what the rest of us can’t?!.

For a coach that constantly uses video analysis on opponents, love to know what they’re actually watching because it certainly is not tactical!, they haven’t got a clue. He looks a defeated man now, make the change now before nothing is recoverable and we sink lower and lower.

The fans and the club management might as well be on different planets. This is what Rob Holding had to say the other day.

"We just need to string a couple of wins together and I think that will lift the confidence again and hopefully set us off on a run," the Arsenal defender told Sky Sports News.

"We just need to stay calm and stay positive. We're sixth, we're not a million miles off it."

"We're going into a busy Christmas period now where there's going to be three Premier League games a week.

"We're eight points off the top four but if we have three wins in a week we're back up within touching distance so it's not crisis point by any stretch of the imagination. We need to keep calm, keep positive and keep working on what we need to improve on."

Wenger had a legacy. Emery has none. Nothing good associated to the club.
Also the fans base was divided and had different opinion on Wenger.
I think for the first time in a while, we are all united and want Emery OUT.
