I found it hard to know what to make of it. We looked so poor for most of it, were we that poor or did Sheffield play really well, they looked a good team to me.
We set off with the wrong team which put us on the back foot, our midfield was so poor, it's the area that needs attention before any other. Two good signings in that area could transform us, as the front three plus Mason definitely carry a threat.
Williams is good, but not quite ready to play each game imo.
Lindelhof has regressed, Tuanzebe is Harry's best partner, or Rojo at a pinch.
It was good to see we still had some spirit and the three quick goals were all good, and came at a time I had lost hope, so they got me out of my seat.
As always with Ole it's a mixed bag, but he doesn't have the players to really make us step up imo. Interested to see who we get in January, and if we stay in the top ten I hope he is there next summer window to see who he brings in then.

Maybe look for someone who has actually worked as a CEO or at least shown characteristics and skills that mean they could work well as a CEO of a football team.
Not just hire the accountant who helped you buy the club by putting the club in debt and can get an official potato sponsor.

The only thing for me that Ed can be blamed for is letting SAF talk him into appointing Moyes, and replacing Moyes with LVG.

No real long term plans or ideas of what he wants for the club.
Only concerned with top 4 meaning he will never allow a manager time to build if he’s at least showing signs of improvements.
Hiring 4 managers who are all completely different resulting in issues with player acquisitions that clearly don’t suit subsequent managers.
Having no history in buying/selling players and making a total mess of it.
F-cking up our wage bill with big names just to show we can compete with City.
Not listening to head scouts because his main concern is the profile of the club and wanting big names rather than the right players.
Bringing in players the managers didn’t want.

No idea how you have arrived at the 2nd point. Moyes was rubbish. LVG got 2 seasons but was retiring after 3 anyway and Jose had to go.
He hired the LVG and Jose (I dont count Moyes as SAF was hugely influential in that decision) as they were the best available at that time.

We were poor for large parts, did well to get ahead but then allowed them back in.
