so off to OT to watch the spurs game

where is the best place to park?
thinking of grabbing something to eat after to let the traffic die down a bit.
heading back towards Donny.
This is the first time ive driven as normally I just get the train but the prices are getting worse.

any advice appreciated

Media City mate, above Booths. Easy to avoid the traffic out of Manchester after the game if you don’t mind a 10/15 minute walk back to the car. Also lots of restaurants and bars in and around media city and the Lowry.

What do they charge there out of interest?

I always park at the cricket ground. Some sense of security and a 5 min walk from OT.

Helps if you know the back roads to get out, depending on where you’re heading home

Last time I went I parked at Ladywell Metro Park and Ride at Eccles.

If are quick out the ground you can hop on the tram back quite quickly. Didn't take too long to get me on the M61 after that.

I used to park in the Lowry.

Dunno if it is still the case, but if you spent a fiver in the food court, the offy or one of the stores, you could get your ticket validated.

We've been using Ladywell quite a lot in the last couple of years.

It's handy for when we fly to and are driving over from Liverpool as it's a short distance from the motorway.

I used to park at the cricket ground but now i park at a pub on the way into the ground.

Easy access to the M6 but that's a different route to you.

I think it’s £9 for 8 hours. Then goes down to 4 hrs for £7.
