First time ever I`ve experienced winter sunshine,so weird seeing people in Tshirts,ice-cream shops packed & woman hanging out the washing,hours earlier we scraped ice off the car ffs!
I sat on my balcony in shorts at 7am,then again at 11.30pm,had the aircon turned down to 0 was still sweating my baws off.
Met loads of catholics,good people so they are,visited 3 Chapels (one was for shade tho (honest)
Drank in the towns two Irish bars,watched both Rangers games and not once got called an orange B.
Rubbed shoulders with Cr7 all be it in his museum,back home now and must be the only cant in the street thats got sunburn and skin starting to peel on the 1st of December.

Nice to get away and just as nice to come home,any other recommendations for a winter break?

If I remember right the hotels required you to wear a dinner jacket and the ladies to wear dresses, if dining
