I think you are massively premature in making that judgement. You've literally written him off in like 72 hours. And he does have the coaching badges that was just a rumour that he doesn't
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Was that directed to me?

Maybe I am overreacting to what I saw today.

He had a free game today tbh. And his subs at the end were very very cautious. Thats not a top manager for me.

We'll see what he does next. And maybe he'll change me mind.

no sorry that was mainly directed at YCBC apart from the coaching badges bit. I agree, Freddie has a number of games before he can either prove himself or be written off in my opinion. 1 game is far too short a time to make that judgement, much too rash

Torrira and xhaka have both been equally poor this year.

Ceballos is injured

Pepe and martinelli are both wingers not ams

Xhaka has been poor for years, Torreira is a much better player and has been played out of position constantly by Emery so now it's time to play him where he should be playing. He's not been as bad as Xhaka anyway.

As DJ said our forwards were playing on the wing anyway... Also he could have adapted the formation to include Pepe & Martinelli more naturally.

DJ has a point that he has been assistant this season.

I think Freddie had an opportunity in this game to show ppl he understood why we were faltering. I think he failed instead falling for the tired old formula of a new start for those not in favour!

I think that shows Freddie doesn't understand it. Maybe he'll make changes for the next game. I doubt it because he could have done it in this game.

First impressions matter and a win today would have been a a great fillip for the club. Freddie didn't muster it. I hope he does in the next game.

If Allegri has ruled himself out it only leaves Ancelotti as the fire fighter. I say get him in sooner.

Tbf the Europa probably affected his choices so there is scope to change for Brighton.

Exactly how I feel, we have all seen and understood the problems that needed to be addressed (or at least the ones that could be addressed given the current squad of players) and we don't sit pitch-side for every match, have day-to-day contact with all of the players or work for Arsenal FC. Why hasn't Freddie?

The lacazette thing is still baffling me. He just spent 90 minutes in the penalty area doing fack all. At least auba will sniff out chances in there, instead of faffing around on the wing.

I can buy the Europa excuse if Xhaka was brilliant against Frankfurt. But it was partly his fault we lost that game because both the goals came from shots around the box where a DM should be patrolling. So its not as if Torreira was tired. And low and behold thats where the problems came today from Norwich.

Same, Emery kept playing him in recent games too when he's been poor and is clearly not match fit. Instead he could have been playing Pepe who he dropped when he had just started playing well and Martinelli who was on a hot-streak banging goals in every game...

Laca passing was horrible. When you are playing Willock for controlling long balls and holding the ball up, Laca's only outstanding skill, it was not unexpected that he would not be involved. That was another baffling decision by Freddie.
