4 day week

https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-7746223/Labours-four-day-working-week-plan-chaos-shadow-minister-says-not-apply-NHS.html

So, the promise of a 4 day week in 10 years isn’t the complete truth. What they are actually going to do is in 10 years have a study in whether it’s viable 🤦🏽‍♂️

Labour, Torie. All liars.

Democracy is shiiittt. Time for a new system.

The claim that private industry is more effcient is dubious.

Prove me wrong. I'm asking for proof and nobody is providing anything other than soundbites.

I am not an econmoics expert and I suspect you aren't either but this is from 2017:

Not my any means, and I'm honestly not trying to be a sarcy git but I just feel like a lot of people cry about NHS privatisation but it seems pretty hollow since nobody seems to be able to quantify why it's an issue with evidence based reason.

My whole point is that one party is hell bent on renationalised NHS and bring back the criminal waste the private sector cut.

There are also service providers who cut contracts as the were not profitable.

The NHS can’t be renationalised, I could contribute more and would be wiling to. The NHS is one our greatest assets, equal care for all.....can’t get better than that.

I think each facet of the NHS needs to be looked at individually and objectively to establish whether what's currently on offer is better than what the private sector can offer.

Do I agree with getting rid of universal healthcare? God no, should always 100% be free at the point of use to anybody who needs to use it.

Do I think elements of the NHS should be privatised? If it provides a better service and costs less then yes, I absolutely do and frankly, if shareholders gain from that privatisation, I don't really care.

But don’t forget the project fear that is being used around the GE and Brexit. That the NHS will be used to strike a deal with the US.

I for one do not believe even the conservatives would dare do this. And I always highlight the party that started to privatise our NHS......

Good old uncle Tony!

I had dialysis for 18 months at home, in an NHS dialysis unit and also one NHS unit ran by a private health firm.

The only one better than home was the private ran unit on NHS grounds. Best equipment, service and facility. Nurses all private and Drs were my NHS consultants.

100% with you on this Arouna.

The whole 'Tory party will sell off the NHS' and '£500m extra a week for medicine' is fake news and as such should be criminal.

The fact that 70% of medications used are generics and only cost 30% of meds/treatment budget tells me there are some expensive drugs/treatments that privately people couldn’t afford with NI style contributions to an insurance policy.

If these already private services are renationalised, how would it be done, staff magically appear to do this.
