He is that important. The team is shaping up tbh. An attacking midfielder to make our gambles with lingard and Andreas and a back up striker and we could secure 6th.

This. There is pressure on the board/Ole to bring in some quality in January as its all very well asking for patience but they can't let a transfer window pass with no activity. If no activity then it shows them up to being the tight-arses with no actual vision as many suspect.

Shugs, Ole did a fine job but our defenders were Keystone Cops at times, I dunno about Harry The Leader. He plays the part, but we don't follow his lead. i think Jonny Evans would be better. Positive was Fred and Scott as a good midfield. Not world class but it's a solid base. Marcus was outstanding all 90 minutes! Ole in!

With Lindelof winning the deceive aerials and Maguire distributing free Bakker flaming into midfield, I think we have a pretty solid looking base there.
