They've been talking about this on Talksport which I've had on as background noise, and the clueless and biased Glen Johnson chose Gerrard, and seemed to hint that if it weren't him, he'd have Torres or Suarez.
Only Suarez has any chance and that would be for half the decade.
For me it has to be Aguero. Amazing stats and consistency that covers the decade perfectly. Honourable mentions for Silva, Hazard, Kompany, Kane etc.

Who's had the best individual season?
IMO it was Suarez's. I think he missed the first four games of the season but still managed over 30 goals, including some tasty ones.

They always pick the winners early as well. For instance Drogba ended up outscoring and out assisting Rooney in 2010, and Chelsea won the league.

Yes I think Suarez did. Imagine if he had been on penalty duty too? Gerrard scored 10 pens in that season so he could potentially have got 40 league goals.
