Seen a thing on SSN about our recruitment process. Wwwhat a mess. Candidates need to please FOUR different people (interviewed by all four) THEN a final decision is made by the “We don't know/understand anything about this game or country" Kronke's.
What kinda round the houses, too many cooks, BS is that. I thought the whole point of Edu being appointed was precisely to get RID of this sort of mess going on off the pitch. Surely this should be his decision and his decision alone. Input from the others. He's best place to decide having actually played here. Can't see how the other 3 and the Kronke's could possibly know more than him about what qualities it takes for a manager to succeed here. Seriously all the frustration of the fans needs to be redirected at the Kronke's until they back seat or feck off completely. This pair of CLOWNS haven't got a clue what they're doing and they need telling in a big big way.
Stop booing the team/players. NOT THEM WHO SHOULD BE GETTING/TAKING IT! Cheer the hell out of the team and support them like never before. And keep any and all frustration and venom, focused squarely/CONSTANTLY on the Kronkes. They are the underlying cause of ALL our problems since they bought in.

Should have them do 10 weeks of tasks first though. Easiest way to get rid of the minority candidates first....

Getting a lecturer position at a university goes something like: meet and greet/ tour, a number of separate interviews with members of the hiring committee, lunch with PHD candidates who are prepped with questions, panel interviews followed by presentation to entire faculty (or those who show up, but that’s usually a lot). Finally, sometimes there is a dinner, which is still the interview.

For starters the man qualified to make the decision, making it. Not two fecking ignorant yanks who are only interested in farming cash for their US businesses. If they really must own the club then they need to do it HANDS OFF.
They're only interested in making cash so pay Edu to do his job and feck off and let him do it. And the process is one for a club/business that has time to feck around. They lost that luxury a month ago because it's what they should have started doing TWO months ago. Needs to be a couple of candidates and one decent GROUP interview first. Then Edu choose and done with.
This isn't like a normal job where they need to be vetting 50-200 applicants. Top flight footy is a small world and the suitable candidate list doesn't come to much. Ansolutely no need for all this. Seems more like BS stalling and crossing fingers Freddie can pull off a miracle. Then they can drag out a will he won't he saga til season's end, going for Europa. Bish bash bosh, Freddie in at half the price any other mame woulda been and the Kronkes save a bundle AGAIN!
