Important couple of weeks coming

up for Spurs in regards to the chase for the top four spot.

Spurs have both Wolves and Chelsea, two clubs in and around them, Leicester have Man City and Liverpool. Favourable results for Spurs could seem them very much back in the top four picture, when it looked just about impossible a month or so back. Following on from those games against Wolves and Chelsea, Spurs then have a reasonable set of fixtures, other than Liverpool at home until the beginning of February.

I expect Spurs if they get their act together, and continue the form shown against Burnley to really make a dent in the gap between them and the current top four over the coming month or so.

I would like to think that Spurs would get the required win today, if they apply themselves properly, something like 2-0, another clean sheet would not go amiss, that would take them nicely into the Chelsea game, and another win in that game would be great, although I think I would settled for four points from those two games.

Starting to really enjoy watching Spurs again. COYS.

Mourinho took about 5 spanking off Wolves whilst managing United.

Fuming if he turns that around

Score draw today and big win vs depleted Chelsea next up

If we got a DM and full backs in January we would have a top 4 team but at the moment we have defenders and central midfielders who are players who wouldn't look out of place near the bottom of the league
----------------------------------------------------------------------

Not sure that is completely true mate, but definitely need to upgrade in certain positions. Right back and central midfield as a priority.

Wolves are a good team, I cannot see us keeping a clean sheet against them tbh. They are well drilled and technically very good. They’ve got quality going right through the team. We have got a good record against them but it’s gonna be a tight game.

Situation still the same needed those last 2 or 3 windows, comment from Mourinho in the week that he needs to spend more time with the group in January rather than worry about the transfer window could be a clue that not much will happen

Right now I don’t many of us can say we’ll keep sheet against any side tbh but we did do just that against Burnley?
For me 3 points is key don’t care about clean sheets it would be good but not important

Haven’t seen us play well against a good team so today is a huge test for hoe we are going forward.

Chelsea have some tough away fixtures still to come so if we can put a run together then I’m hopeful

Good observations!! Chelsea have some tough games coming up!!
Makes even more imperative that we seek the right result todat๐Ÿ‘ Fingers crossed ๐Ÿคž
