Must admit, I was worried when I seen the lineup yesterday and seen there was no Christie, Johnston or Elyounoussi. Thought we would struggle for creativity against a stuffy Hibs team but a job well done in the end...mainly thanks to the wee man Frimpong(outstanding btw)
Forrest continued his poor run again though, posted missing for much of the game and has really struggled recently.
It's always round about this time of year the injuries to key players start piling up for Celtic....usual story and a continuously worrying trend.
El Younoussi now looks like he'll be out until after the break, Lennon saying yesterday he needs complete rest. Was such a key player for us before getting injured early November and was obviously rushed back last week and it hasn't paid off at all.
ElHamed another key player we have missed and chances are he won't be fully back fit til after the break.....although still hoping he's back training this week and can be an option for the 29th.
Christie, no idea what was up with him yesterday but Lennon is hoping he'll be fit for Weds.
The most frustrating one again is Johnston.....yet again injured with no update on him. He simply cannot stay fit and seems to be made of weak stuff. A shame as he's an excellent talent who makes a difference for us.
With Edouard being out there for 2 weeks it seems like this always happens to us at this time of year.
Hearts are honking just now but Tynecastle is always a tough game regardless of the situation. Rangers went there and dropped points despite Hearts being on a poor run. Good thing for us though is the big man up front is suspended and Naismith appears to be out injured again.
A tough 2 weeks coming up with some key players missing....hopefully we can stay top and increase the point gap though. Rangers go to Easter Rd on Friday night minus Morelos which is a huge blow for them.

Funny you should say that.
He added Row Z Hitter to his user name for a while. He seemed to think it was quite clever and cryptic.
It was hardly a compliment when you think about it
