Think Freddie is talking twaddle. The problem against City wasn't effort. It was tactics and positioning. No one for example was given the respectability of marking De Bruyne. Kolsaniac was marking space and not the player for the first goal and Freddie wasn't ready when he was injured. Its easy to to talk about intangibles like effort and leadership. Not so easy to admit that the team wasn't setup right.

Wow, Have you listened to Freddie's post match interview, he's sent out a big message to the senior players.
He wasn't happy with how the guys played against Man City, they didn't put in enough effort.

If only you could follow your own advice Mr. CTRL+C -> CTRL+V I don't want to name call other Arsenal fans but some like GT are infuriatingly blind snd deserve it. Whether or not you think Freddie is a 'legend' is a matter of opinion I see him as an Arsenal great, Henry id a legend to me and you can't compare Freddie's output throughout his Arsenal career to players like Henry, that's a fact.

Arteta will change the attitude, that's the key. Some of Freddie's selections have been as baffling as Emery's though. Ozil should never have been restored to the team, nor Xhaka, both players who we desperately need to rid ourselves of to clear the toxicity in our dressing room. Pepe should not have been dropped today either.

Well now we know it's because of the players attitude for why he's picked the team like he did on Sat, there's a real toxic vibe in the team and seems like it's only the young ones that want to put in effort.
