What is it about football fans that

make them want to go back time and time again to the ground to go support their football club.

After yesterday`s shambolic display the last thing you would think is that anybody would want to be anywhere near WHL again this side of the New Year. But I cannot wait to go down to WHL again on Boxing Day. Something about supporting your club, that always make you the eternal optimist.

I have quickly gotten over the last game, and cannot wait now for the Brighton game, it cannot come quickly enough. I love the buzz of being at a game, win, lose or draw. Sure we all have our moans, but really there is nothing better than being at the Stadium on match day.

Let`s hope for a better outcome on Thursday, but whatever the result, I will be back again for the next game.

COYS.

Had season tickets for decades now, and will always have them because it’s part of my life.

I go week in week out with my old man because we love football, and the club I support represents the area I was born and live in.

Win, lose or draw, it’s always worth watching your team play, and there will never be a tv or streaming service that beats being there live in the stadium. Magic.

Sandy,

Both you and I have been supporting Spurs for well over 60 years now, so I think we have seen extreme highs followed by some very extreme and awful lows between us.

I could never think of supporting another professional team, once you have picked your team you have to live with it whatever happens.

This does not mean you cannot appreciate it when another team plays well or someone scores a great goal

Well said Genius, you have to take the rough with the smooth.

Things will need to change a lot before I go again, refuse to pay good money to watch that dross , have become a armchair viewer, even that is difficult, you dont need to go to every game to be a supporter Sandy, for me it's a 4 or 5 hour round trip
----------------------------------------------------------------------

I get it is very expensive, but you never really know what sort of a game is going to be played until the end of each match. No two games are ever the same.

It seems like it’s been all rough since I started supporting us in 1990

Not about win or loose, it's the type of football being played

Make sure to keep your rose colored spectacles on , Sandy. Life under Mourinho could get a lot worse than the Chelsea game!

If you say so Ted, it has already gotten better than under Pochettino.
