You can start by looking at how the club has deteriorated in the last 7 years to the mess its currently in.

Deteriorated is a it dramatic mate.

We were fortunate enough to have a genius manager, a very good chief exec and more money than most.

We now dont have those advantages over all the other USB, and as a result they have caught up.

Its extremely naive to think we are going to just go to the chief exec shop and get a world class chief exec and we are the United of old.

They believe they have a divine right.
I agree Ed needs to step away from footballing side of things, but the problem is, he's been a very successful CEO.
The only statement UTD fans can make is hitting them in the pocket, and well, that doesn't look like that's gonna happen anytime soon.
Whether you like it or not, there seems to be a plan put in place.
Ole is talking about the season after. whoever comes in is gonna need time anyway, so it might as well be him. We've tried the galactico way, and it's ultimately hurt us.
Obviously if it gets worse, Ole knows himself he won't last.

We have gone from having a very good ceo and great manager to having and awful manager and atrocious ceo! That’s the main issue. We need competent experienced people and novices are not helping our cause. With our resources and prestige the job done post Ferguson couldn’t have been done worse. We also have owners who don’t care one bit about how we do on the field.

We need Ed to dragged out of the club and Ole told he has no place at this level. We need new owners though in truth. However for now that’s not possible. The club needs a new structure and someone below the ceo who is a football man.

The club needs to be scrutinised and ripped in every corner by fans atm otherwise we face decades of this. Supporting this mess is not going to help us and that’s the truth. We need to be more like Madrid fans in our expectations as they would of dragged Ed out by now and had him kicking and screaming to the taxi. And would not be in our current position. The club need to feel the pressure
