I am not really sure what a second striker will do for us? It’s not like Grabban doesn’t score. We just don’t create good chances because our crossing and final ball are generally awful!

I think somehow we need to change that. I know a player like Adomah has quality, as do Lolley and Ameobi. I am not sure what the issue is?

But if we can get a second striker it’s definitely not a negative and would give good back up for Grabban.

His confidence looked gone against Wigan. 10m wouldn’t be the worst thing for all parties.

However, a winger is what we really need.

Carvalho has the skill but I think overall, it’d improve the team if he was sold.

Pure opinion, but I feel he’s on a different wavelength to that of English football. It’s 50/50 if there’s players in the danger area where he’s looking to make the pass to but the passes he does pull off are effective and incisive. He’s also there to put in tackles but lacks the physicality to ‘challenge’ for crunching headers or tackles which is definitely needed in the championship where teams defend as 10 man units.

If we had more intelligent wingers, we’d probably see much more out carvalho, but we’re probably gonna have to sell him to bring in the wingers we need.

He needs to play in the hole not out on the wing, we've already seen how he can link up with Grabban last season, it's not rocket science.
