Plenty fans pointed the blame at Pochettino but the man did an incredible job. You don't end up finishing 2nd with the clubs highest points total ever and reaching a CL final all on a ridiculously low budget if you're not good. There were warnings that we needed to refresh the squad and Levy has made some shocking decisions that is ruining the team.
We hope for more spend due to stadium but reality is the clubs in England have been getting more and more money over the last two decades and we've not really seen much of that go into the team. Player sales being our largest contributor - and that's through losing quality players.
I wanted Pochettino to stay IF he got funds. Otherwise my second option was providing funds to new manager... Mourinho. Despite deserving it less. If Levy doesn't back Mourinho in what is his hail mary of a hiring - the bald man needs to go.

Even if Mourinho does get funds I can just imagine the type of player he would bring in, they would not be the type of player we are used to at spurs, it makes me cringe to imagine what he could do to my club, can only hope he is not here long

Just absolutely pathetic from Daniel. It's so disappointing to see us go from 2 years ago to what we have now. Any reasonable person could see what was needed - yet Levy focused on property development instead of football chairmanship.

The problem is even spending huge amounts in the premier league far from assures success. As most other clubs are also doing it. But if you aren't spending you will struggle big time.
Newcastle's lack of ambition year after year has totally destroyed the fans enjoyment and season ticket sales. They gave away 10,000 half season tickets to season ticket holders a few weeks ago.

Spending doesn't guarantee success but it sure as day and night increases your chance. The problem with Levy is he didn't need to spend untold fortunes.
With Pochettino and a relatively cheap squad at their peak we just needed to push on with another 2-3 quality signings.
Last decade our average net spend has been £7m. That is absolutely disgraceful for a consistent Premier League side. Stadium or no stadium.
