Lewie Coyle - playing every game. Fleetwood love him.
Connor Shaughnessy - was playing regularly in midfield for Mansfield but injured for the past month. Destined to be released.
Pawel Cibicki - struggling at Den Haag. Barely featured this season and will be hoping new manager Alan Pardew starts to pick him. Started only 1 game and 2 substitute appearances with 0 goals.
Jay-Roy Grot - Currently struggling to get a start at Vitesse. Started 9 games this season and scored 1 goal.
Laurens De Bock - appears to have had his loan cut short with Sunderland as he attempts to engineer a move back to Belguim - hopefully a permanent one. Will lose a lot of money on this player.
Rafa Mujica - made only 5 substitute appearances for Extremadura totalling 70minutes of action.
Dosnt look like any of our loaned out players are being missed!!

I have very few issues with the club at present.
This was merely intended as an update on our loan players. It would have great if Grot had scored 20 goals this season,

yeah you are …………
and as Jaz says, you articulate some of the (for me) below the surface concerns around the club. I don't things are perfect, but overall i'm happy with how things are.

I'm actually ok with our transfer policy at the moment.
I thought Orta was a disaster for the club in his first season. But he's honest enough to realise he got it completely wrong and has changed tact. He still could improve his success rate but I think we under estimate how difficult it is and how few transfers are a success.
Bielsa obviously enjoys working with AR & Orta because if he didn't he would be gone. We know this and some predicted it.
I would like to see Bielsa have more control as I would always argue the manager is the best person to recruit. But he appears to be having enough influence over the transfer policy for it to work to our advantage. At the end of the day we are top of the league.
And as for signing youth players, if Davis & Stevens progress into the first team they will more than pay for the ones that don't make it.

I think its worth acknowledging that grot was pretty highly rated when we brought him in (he was getting Netherland youth callups if I recall), and the club he is at aren't a small side by any stretch of the imagination.
I don't think he has a future with us, but I also don't think we ever really got to see that much of him, and he got a pretty raw deal with us.
Reports that De Bock and O'Kane going to be leaving the club this month. Wish anyone who does leave us the best of luck.

The work the club, Radz and Orta have done since the first season scattergun approach has been great and we are reaping the rewards.
We finished third last season, we are sitting top this season and the u23's won the league last season at a canter and are on course to win it again this time.
We have everything to be positive about, I couldn't care less whether a few misses are out on loan somewhere on not doing well.

We've not replaced Roofe or Jansson as Eddie has gone and White is on loan and likely to join a top English side. Harrison is also on loan, so we've plenty of recruitment still to come.

I’m with Gelderd.
The club have approached the transfer window differently to how Shaun wanted us to. But you thought we would struggle this season and didn’t expect us to be top. Yet we are top and a long way ahead of third. So surely you must be able to acknowledge that the clubs approach might have been right after all?
