How would you fix United?

Lots of different opinions as to what is required to get us back on track as a club, so I'm interested to hear how you would fix United both on and off the pitch. Please be specific.

Firstly, I think it would be beneficial if the club shared with the fans the structure at the club, with clarification on who is responsible for what.

Then I would look at if processes can be simplified / improved or if people need replacing in particular roles.

First appointment would be a football director with links to the club. Personally I'd go for Daley Blind. Good, technically capable ex player at the top level with Ajax, United and Holland, had a great football education with Ajax, giving him an insight into how they operate as an academy. He also
Played recently enough to know what attributes are needed to be a succesful modern day player.

In general not too far off RDD.
I would go far VDS instead of Blind because he's already doing the job.
Have a small clique to discuss players ie manager, DoF, chief scout, maybe one or two others, to recommend players to be acquired of possible, players to sell.
To make roles more public.
Not à bad effort.
One thing though, I get the impression that you, and one or two others, would be happy for us to lose three or four games so Ole is fired.
Then you can say "told you so, knew I was right"
IMO true fans want to win every game, support every body. Criticise yes, but not want sacked.

I would sack Ed Woodward and sell to the Saudis.

VDS isnt director of football at Ajax. He is a chief exec or finance director i think.

And no. I never want United to lose. I don't need validation from people on here. The abuse given out on here for having a different opinion probably does ramp up the ' told you so' stakes for some though.
