To be fair to the guy, he gives 100% every time he plays yet still gets dogs abuse from people.

You can think people aren't good enough, whether it be Young, Jones, Ole etc... but don't abuse them for it every week. We're called supporters for a reason.

Agree. Especially the likes of those mentioned who actually put in 100%.

Of all the experienced players we have, Young has probably been the most professional of the lot.

I find it hard to believe even saf thought he'd win so many league titles without Liverpool winning 1 when he made that comment.

You've got to be pretty daft to even consider that this might be true. Whatever you think about Young as a player, he has always been very professional and tried his hardest for the team. His attitude is not in question for me. No way he says anything like this.

How can you say that with certainty?

Koscielny was with us the same length of time you guys have had Young and went on strike in the Summer just to get away from Emery. Regardless of what you think of Kos, he was a loyal, top professional but still left like a cant at the very end so is it so wild to think Young is capable of doing the same?

He gets criticism and tbf its warranted a lot of the time

I think it's more of a frustration with the club as much as anything. How did we get to a point a 34 year old Ashley Young is our rb/lb for 30 games a season?
