Eriksen.... Was it all about money ?

Morning all.... granted it's in the daily mail but it's being reported Eriksen has agreed a 5 year deal at Inter worth 6.5 mil a year. The clubs, as expected are haggling over a fee for a jan transfer but just got me thinking, if true that's 125k a week.... surely spurs could have offered him more than that ? Maybe he was being honest after all and simply didn't fancy it at spurs anymore. Granted Spurs are struggling but i wouldn't call inter a massive step up, certainly not on the level of a RM, Barca, PSG, Bayern or even United.

Nothing excuses his crap performances this season but i dunno why he was being played in the first place, his heart clearly isn't in it.

Oh well, good luck to the guy, loved him in his prime years at spurs .... just wished Levy could have come up with sensible valuation last summer. Just feels like this 6 month delay as benefitted nobody

How long do you boys see it being till Harry Kane is tempted to move on to pastures new?

Next season when he realises Mourinho hasn't been the answer.

The way we are falling apart, I couldn't blame him.

£200 million for Kane, I would bite their hands off. He has missed so many games past three seasons, and his injuries seem to be getting worse. Cash in now whilst we can.

I'm sure you would, but I don't see anyone offering that type of money for Kane.

Kane is amazing but wouldn't excel in a quick side. Warner and other young strikers are younger and much cheaper.

200 million for Kane simply won't happen I agree. If he leaves now it'll be because he wants a move, and that would massively reduce his fee.

No, never about money

He stayed at a wage level way below of someone as good as him for 5 years with us. No, money isn't his motivator. He isn't a Willian

Like everyone in life, once in a while you need to move on and try somewhere else. Also, his family want to live in Spain.

Who wouldn't?
