Getting to know your favourite steak

Hi babe

Who loves a good steak?
You a rare man? Fries soaked in the blood?
Play it safe and enjoy a medium?
Burn it to a crisp and have it well done?

Flat Iron
Sirloin
Rib-Eye
Fillet
T-Bone

Most of the red juice you see on your plate is actually protein, not blood.

It's blood

I wasn't in denial

Tbh I'm not sure telling someone that's fussy and crying about blood on their plate "calm down mate, it's only a bit of myoglobin from the animals muscle tissue, get your chips dipped in it" would help.

shouldnt be any red juice on your plate..dont any of you know how to cook.. let the steak rest before serving so the blood comes out
----------------------------------------------------------------------
FFS it’s not blood. And the purpose of resting is so the meat can absorb the juices, thus retaining moisture.

Maybe you need to learn how to cook
