Best stadiums in the world

Last night I watched a promo video of the new Las Vegas Raiders stadium and was blown away by how incredible it was. Has a retractable window that slides away and has views of the Vegas strip.

Loving the Atlanta Falcons stadium too. The US seems to do these things much better than most although the Spurs stadium is impressive. And the Inter Miami stadium with a rooftop terrace that overlooks the games and Miami with a pool and drinks bar is pure excess.

What stadiums are your favourite? Or are the older ones like Old Trafford and the San Siro unrivalled classics?

Agree on the Millennium stadium, great work they did for that.

Not keen on the modern bowl like stadiums, although some can obviously be done 'right' like the Spurs one appears to be, when compared to Arsenal.

The Emirates still feels soulless.

Highbury was facking class as well which makes the change all the sadder.

I still wish Chelsea had the option on the Battersea power station project... I think some malaysians bought it and turned it into flats in the end

That would have been some stadium design with those chimneys iconic as they are👍

American football is definitely the worst, a sport designed around ad breaks.

In the same way that soccer is a game designed for metrosexuals to display their fancy haircuts to their social media following via the medium of broadcast media... You think this because you don't understand the rules

American football takes like 4 days to complete a game. Its kinda like children's football training when the guy running the session keeps blowing his whistle to stop the session to explain stuff.

Doubt it. Signals normally cr4p at grounds

I love the design of the Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis. From shots of the outside it's hard to get any sense of scale - it looks like a decent-sized building, but you wouldn't think it housed a 70,000-seater stadium. And that huge window at one end looks amazing.

I've also always liked Ibrox and the Stadio Luigi Ferraris in Genoa.

Our stadium is unbelievable, so much thought went into it such as using remains from the old stadium to design the floor etc.
I did a stadium tour there just before Xmas and was really impressed. Four changing rooms, two of which are for the NFL who have also praised the facilities.

As for other stadiums, I really liked Old Trafford when I went there for the FA Cup semi against Arsenal back in 2001 (I think).
I've been to Signal Iduna Park a couple of times of late because Spurs have been tied with em in European football and that place is awe striking. Huge stadium. Shame about the city though, bit boring.
