Heading The Ball Banned?

https://www.bbc.com/news/uk-scotland-51129653

The Scottish FA plan to ban children heading the ball within weeks due to links with dementia. Could England follow suit? What could be the implications for the future of the game?

Thoughts?

Seems reasonable but I believe most jocks learn how to give a Glasgow kiss before they ever head a ball...

Local gangs holding illicit headers and volley tournaments behind closed doors

The dangers/risks of boxing are well documented.

It is only of late the dangers of repeatedly heading a football has come to light. Especially for children.

Tbf it should've been apparent decades ago, given the fact most footballers struggle to string a coherent sentence together 😂

We now have an excuse in 20 years time for why we still haven't qualified for a major tournament..........we don't know how to head the ball.

Nice forward thinking from the SFA.

I believe that the heading of the football should be banned from professional football due to potential brain damage caused by balls, elbows, head clashes, etc., etc., etc.,.
I would also support the banning of the kicking of the football due to the many, and potential, number of injuries due to "studs-up" tackles, broken legs etc., etc., etc.,!

Recently, more and more players are getting injured dues to the football being hammered into their stomachs or even their balls. I think that body armor might address this issue although it would probably slow down the pace of the game?

So where does this lead us? I think all games should be settled by penalty kicks. Before each penalty players from each team must shake hands (or perhaps hug) and wish each other well.

Advantages would be shorter games, lower salaries and cheaper game tickets!

btw: Please do not personally attack my ideas because I am very sensitive. Thank you!
