Williams or Shaw?

For Sunday and up against Salah.

Williams played very well against Wolves whereas Shaw has the experience and while not great going forward I feel we’ll be parking the bus for most of the game anyway - who should start?

It's crazy to think that just a year or so ago we were playing Young at left back now we have 2 of the top 5 best left backs in the world. How quickly it can change

For this game, Williams, not sure if dropping Shaw back into a game like this is wise. But moving forward, Shaw has shown that he’s unreliable due to his injuries, you can’t have your first choice LB missing half the season, I think he’s a bit lazy too.

I would sell him and buy another left-footed fullback who is around 26-27 and have Williams as back-up as he’s still quite raw, then bring him in after a few years when he’s 21-22 and has refined his game a little.

Yep. We really need a reliable left back.

Gary Neville:

“I like Brandon Williams. What I like about him specifically is he has that look in his eye of someone that would eat his opponents nose to win the match.”

Wait, whaaaaaaaa...?

Williams for me.

We need a settled back four.

Williams.

He's a tank and is the future.

Get him to wear a Ramos mask, and Salah would hide.
